Assistant Chief Flight Instructor

We are currently seeking an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor interested in joining our dynamic team!

ÁÕÀÅÉçÇø’s Assistant Chief Flight Instructor plays a pivotal role in leading our team of instructors and the overall training and safety of our students.  They are responsible for assisting the Chief Flight Instructor with creating and implementing training and mentoring programs as well as setting standards for flight instruction.  They will also assist in managing the CFI Journey and CFI well-being as well as ensuring all flight operations are conducted safely and in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Any applicant must show a passion for teaching, giving back, and flying.

This position is a non-exempt full-time role, with an hourly rate between $29.00 – $33.00, and includes the following benefits: (After 30 days) Medical, dental, vision, paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts. Aviation Maintenance Technician Trainer + Inspector Authorization

We are currently seeking experienced Full-Time AMTT+IAs to join our dynamic team!

The Aviation Maintenance Technician Trainer + IA (AMTT+IA) is directly responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the overall training and mentoring of incoming and advancing maintenance staff. In addition, The AMTT+IA will be responsible and accountable for the Annual Inspections in accordance with FAA laws and regulations. In doing so, shall manage the duties and responsibilities of the position to the best of your ability and take ownership in each of the company’s focus areas to the greatest extent possible in all you endeavor.

This position is a non-exempt full-time role, with an hourly rate between $34.00 – $45.00 DOE (Depending on experience). Relocation or Sign-on Bonus may apply. Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic

We are currently seeking exceptional, full-time A&P Mechanics to join our team!

ÁÕÀÅÉçÇø Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the avionics and mechanical equipment needed to make aircraft operate safely. This includes repairing, inspecting and maintaining the structural, mechanical and electronic elements of the aircraft, replacing parts, measuring wear and assessing whether parts need repair or replacement. AMTs use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand and mechanical tools to assess and fix aircraft, and maintain aircraft standards as required by ÁÕÀÅÉçÇø policies and procedures, manufacturer guidance as well as applicable Federal Aviation Regulations. AMTs are required to work variable hours depending on operational need and may occasionally have to travel for work related operations and/or events.

This position is a non-exempt full-time role, with an hourly rate between $27.00 – $35.00 DOE (Depending on experience). Relocation or Sign-on Bonus may apply. Aviation Maintenance Technician PLUS Inspector Authorization

We are currently seeking experienced Full-Time AMT+IAs to join our dynamic team! The AMT+IA is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the avionics and mechanical equipment needed to make aircraft operate safely. This includes repairs, inspections, alterations, modifications, and maintaining the structural, mechanical, and electronic elements of each of our fleet and retail business in accordance with Galvin standards and FAA regulations. Troubleshooting and evaluating the systems on aircraft and determining air worthiness is a crucial part of this role. This role will also serve as a mentor to our shop staff and must uphold a high standard of workmanship in all duties assigned.

This position is a non-exempt full-time role, with an hourly rate between $29.00 – $39.00 DOE (Depending on experience). Relocation or Sign-on Bonus may apply. Certified Flight Instructor

They are responsible for scheduling and evaluating trainee progress and making recommendations for qualifications or additional training needs. Any applicant must show a passion for teaching, giving back, and flying.

Line Service Technician

We are seeking a part-time Line Service Technician to help with our facilities and ramp operations approximately 18-22 hours per week with opportunities to pick up shifts. Duties include but are not limited to:

Aircraft Grooming (Washing/Detailing), Aircraft Fueling, Minor Aircraft upkeep (Check and service tire air, engine oil level, etc.), Aircraft towing and repositioning, Minor building maintenance (changing light bulbs, grounds cleaning, etc.), Aircraft marshaling (directing aircraft to and from parking), Assist students/customers/transient pilots on the ramp.

This position is a non-exempt part-time role, with an hourly rate between $20.00 – $22.00, and includes the following benefits: Paid sick leave, paid bereavement, 401(k) pre and post-tax contributions with a company match, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, and employee flight training discounts.

Must be at least 18 years of age; hold a valid US Driver’s license.

Specific shifts needed:  Sunday openings from 0700 – 1300, and Monday and Wednesday Mid-shift from 1000 – 1600.
